Guided tours after 8 p.m. are regarded as Special Tours.
Terms of business:
Payment is to be made in cash to the guide after the tour in order to avoid the additional administration fee of € 20,00.
The guides will wait up to one hour for groups arriving late, the waiting time will be included in the total time requested. In case of foreseeable delays please contact our office: tel.: (0)662/840406, fax: (0)662/845470 (on weekends: (0)662/88987-330).
Cancellations are accepted in writing up to 7 days before the tour starts, after that a cancellation fee of € 75,00 will be charged. If the group does not arrive at the meeting point, the tour is regarded as carried out, and the full amount has to be paid.
The aggregrate limit of liability of the Salzburg Guide Service corresponds to the agreed guiding fee.
